This Privacy Policy describes how Favor Multisol Inc. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information through SellDigitFlow, our platform for selling digital products. It applies to visitors to the platform, sellers who create accounts, and buyers who purchase products.

We designed our data practices around what the platform actually does: publishing product pages, processing payments through Stripe, delivering files securely, and collecting buyer feedback.

Favor Multisol Inc. is the organization responsible for the personal information processed through the platform. We are an IT solutions and services company incorporated in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, with its office at 79 Maligne Way, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Depending on how you use the platform, we may collect:

• Account information: your name and email address when you register, and your role on the platform (seller or administrator).
• Seller content: product titles, descriptions, taglines, benefits, FAQs, prices, cover images, YouTube links, and the digital files you upload for delivery to buyers.
• AI cover prompts and images: if you use the optional AI cover-art feature, the prompt text you write (which may include your product details) and the images generated from it.
• Purchase and order information: the buyer's name and email address, the product purchased, the amount and currency, payment status, timestamps, and a unique download token. We do not receive or store card numbers or full payment credentials; Stripe collects and processes payment details on our behalf.
• Feedback and reviews: the name, email, rating, and comment you submit on a product, pending the seller's approval.
• Technical and usage information: server logs, session tokens used to keep you signed in, and diagnostic information used to keep the service secure and working.

We use personal information to:

• Provide the service: publish product pages, run Stripe checkout, calculate the platform fee, deliver download links, and pay sellers their share.
• Send transactional emails, such as purchase confirmations and download links.
• Keep the platform secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
• Operate reviews and ratings, including moderation by sellers.
• Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
• Improve the platform based on how it is used.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We share personal information only as needed to operate the platform:

• Stripe: to process payments, onboard sellers to Stripe Connect (including identity and business verification), pay out seller earnings, and handle refunds and disputes. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
• Sellers: receive the buyer's name and email address for the products they sell, so they can fulfil and support the order.
• Service providers: hosting, file storage, and email delivery providers that help us run the platform.
• AI image-generation providers: receive the prompts you submit for optional cover artwork.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the platform, its users, or others.

We use authentication session tokens and essential cookies or local storage to keep you signed in and to make the platform work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the service, process payouts and refunds, meet tax and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes.

Download links expire seven (7) days after purchase, after which the underlying signed access is revoked. Account information is kept while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your information, we remove or anonymize it, except for records we must retain by law (such as transaction records).

Personal information is transmitted over encrypted connections. Digital files are stored privately — buyers access them only through unique, expiring signed download links tied to a completed purchase. Access to data within our systems is limited to what is needed to operate the platform. Payment data is handled by Stripe under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw a consent you have given. Sellers may also update or remove their product content at any time from their dashboard.

These rights are grounded in Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, provincial privacy laws (such as Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information). Our service providers, including Stripe and our hosting and email providers, may process information in the United States or other countries outside Canada. Where information is transferred, we rely on contractual safeguards with our providers to protect it.

The platform is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. The current version and its date always appear on this page, and material changes will be highlighted on the platform.
